Great unit for those of us with children - 4 bunk beds! Great view, well appointed unit. Bring your bikes and enjoy rides into town for ice cream! Easy access to the beach.

The master bedroom was so spacious and comfortable. Even the mattress was super comfortable. The place was super clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. Only we ran out of toilet paper on the last day before leaving.

Condo was clean. All appliances in good working condition. Did not care for bunk beds in second bedroom with four adults. Great for families with children. Had a beautiful view of ocean . Furniture in living room was ok. Could use update . Enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect vacation rental! Loved the two bunk beds for the kids. Easy walking distance to the beach. I also loved that the rental had DVD's and games for the family, already planning on coming back!

This was a great place to stay.

Good things:
1) The staff at Vacations by the Sea is really, really nice. Note: if you have problems with scented products, they can have the condo cleaned with unscented products. But just generally, they were very helpful when I had questions, and they were good to us.
2) The condo was cleaned well. I felt comfortable here.
3) The view. You can lay on the couch and watch the waves. When the tide comes in, it feels like the ocean is /right there/. You'll hear the waves in the condo even with the windows closed. The master bedroom windows have a wonderful view as well, and face the ocean rather than the walkway, which is great for a peaceful night's sleep. The other great thing about the location: you can quickly walk right onto the beach, and your easiest path out is also where the wash station is (note: the wash station on the grounds is /so/ useful for not tracking sand in). On the subject of the beach: it's my favorite one in the area so far. I've never seen jellies on it. There's some great beachcombing if that's your thing.
4) Two bathrooms. Nice bathrooms, too.
5) The condo's amenities are great. Washer/dryer in its own closet, dishwasher, broom, board games and puzzles, and pretty much everything you could need in the kitchen.
6) It's really convenient that the tile floor in the entryway continues so far into the condo. Makes it easier to contain any left-over beach mess. :)
7) There's plenty of room here, and the layout is smart. You won't feel cramped.

Other notes:
1) The elevator broke while we were there, but the HOA got it fixed quickly.
2) While the property requests that people wear masks in the common areas, so far as I can tell, they don't.
3) Getting comfortable on the couch means a lot of careful rearrangement of pillows. It's a pretty hard couch. Don't sit down quickly. :) It'll grow on you, though.

This vacation rental was spacious and comfortable. The view of the changing weather and ocean was perfect. The property overall is very well maintained especially considering all that Mother Nature is dishing on the Washington Coast.
Hopefully HOA’s covid restrictions will be lifted soon so a run to the hot tub doesn’t have to be planned out in advance. The evening spots were never available during our stay.

This room was lovely. A nice spacious kitchen, comfortable living area and bunk beds that the kids loved! The hooks inside the door meant jackets and coats were always off the floor. The view was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this room and hope to again next summer!

This was the perfect beach getaway for our family of 4. We felt very safe with the contactless check-in and check-out process, air out time between guests, and a super clean condo. Being just steps from the beach and the incredible view from the deck make this the perfect location. We were able to get delicious take-out from Aloha Alabama and Blackbeard's Brewery, and spend hours on the beach. It was just what our family needed after 11 long months of remote school and working from home. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in our beautiful rental. Comfy, spacious, clean. Weather was not the best so we spent lots of time indoors and were thankful for such beautiful accommodations. Definitely will return!

Our family has rented condos through Vacations by the Sea on four different occasions and unit 936 is our favorite. We keep coming back to Vacations by the Sea Westport because the location and view are outstanding, the units are spacious and clean, and the amenities are top-notch. I would absolutely recommend this condo and company to families, couples, or anyone looking for a relaxing get away.

Easy Peasy! The process of renting was simple. I was able to see everything online and pick our condo. Most everything we needed was provided in the unit - form kitchen wares to bathroom items to entertainment (games, books, puzzles...). The unit was very warm and inviting. It was spacious meaning we didn't feel like we were on top of each other at any given time. The beach was right there. A quick drive to the grocery for any forgotten items. A quick drive to the marina for the fishing adventure and car show. It was very relaxing because it's a little off the beaten path but there was plenty to do. We loved it!

We stayed at unit 936 for one night and were impressed with how clean and well kept the unit was. We would definitely stay at 936 again on future visits and the bunk beds were great.

Such a peaceful and beautiful location to get some time away from the City. Kids loved exploring the beach, which is just a short walk from the building.

It was our first time in the area, we are a surfing family and the waves were great but the weather not. So when not in the water we spent most of the time in the unit playing games with our kids while enjoying the amazing view. This place was so clean and cozy! Clean to us is the most important factor and that place was immaculate and better than what the pictures show. Trust it and book it!

We stayed in #936 and in the past we stayed in #724--I was disappointed that #724 was already booked but was delighted when we arrived at #936--excellent! Every condo my extended family has rented has been wonderful!!!!

We loved our stay with Vacations by the Sea. I had even locked myself out of the condo and they were there within minutes to let me in!

It was awesome!

As usual, it met all our needs. The condo was clean with plenty of space for the whole family to relax. We flew kites at the ocean and left the windows open at night so that we could hear the soothing sounds of the tide coming in.

The condo is lovely! The kitchen was well-stocked with baking dishes, pans, cooking utensils, etc. My children really enjoyed the room with the double bunk beds and my husband and I were very comfortable in the large bedroom with a nice king sized bed. The view from the living room and and the balcony is so pretty. I loved watching the waves wash up on the beach. My family absolutely loved the pool, hot tub, and exercise room at the club house. It was also so convenient having an elevator to bring our suitcases up to our third floor room. I highly recommend this location!

This is our second summer bringing our grandkids to Westport for Cousin Camp. The condo was perfect! The bunk room was great! The kids loved the beach and enjoyed swimming in the pool every day. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely be back next year!

This was our first time staying here, and we sure hope it's not our last! We are so satisfied and wish to come again soon. It's a 3 hour drive, so we always just stuck to the Oregon coast instead. This area was so much more relaxing! Very clean, and cozy room equiped with all we needed! Beautiful ocean view and no pressure or pushy people around! We accidentaly brought a coffee cup home, and we will mail it. Thanks!

There is simply nothing better than gazing out over the ocean, with its waves sparkling in the sunlight and listening to the quiet roar as they roll up on shore. The cry of the gulls. The quiet forlorn wail of a foghorn. The best part is experiencing this from the couch as you gather the energy to head back out to explore. Hardly noticed the carpet being installed in the room below us. An excellent week that was too soon over with.

The condo was newly remodeled. We have stayed in other units and this was the nicest unit by far.

We rented 936 and 221 for our family. Both places were very nice and well appointed. This makes our third stay and we will keep coming back!

I love staying at Westport By the Sea, I go every year. The condos are always exceptionally clean and have every amenity expected in a five star vacation rental.

We were very pleased with the size of the condo and the fully stocked kitchen. The kids loved the bunk beds!!! The condo had a bit of an odd smell, but we decided that was likely due to the high humidity of the area - completely unavoidable - and it was otherwise very clean and pleasant. Just wish we had gotten a little less fog during our stay though as we are unused to trying to sleep through the fog horn doing all night. Obviously this is completely out the of control of the rental company, but something we should have done more research on before we made a decision on our destination - so I am providing it as a heads up to others. The fog did clear each day for at least a couple hours though so we got to play in the waves and look for rocks and everything that we had hoped to do.
I had read concerns on the reviews about whether this particular building had a view (bldg9) I can say that the view was exactly as pictured on the website and I could see the ocean from the couch as I drank my coffee each morning!

Reservation, checkin, and checkout were smooth and very easy. Very nice accomodations with amazing views! Clean and well stocked. Definitely will be back and have recommended Vacations by the Sea Westport to our friends

We had a great time at the property, great room, great view. we will be back this summer for sure, but this time for longer.

The unit is very comfortable. It is a short walk from the beach and there is an ocean view from the balcony. Vacations by the Sea is perfect for our family because we like to go to the beach, swim in the pool, and play sports. Overall we were very satisfied.

Last minute booking for this condo, with a surprisingly fantastic view and sound of ocean waves! Am anxious to return for another stay, and would consider it more often if the rates weren't quite so high. The thing that condos might consider doing differently is the cleaning routine for customers. I went there for a vacation, but felt like there was a ton of clean-up to comply with "rules". I'd love to go there w/o the need to bring garbage out, run dishwasher, get all towels gathered and ready to run a load, etc. Not quite 5 star with the need to be cinderella along with high price, but would definitely return again.

Very impressed with how this property is kept up and was readied for our stay. All the amenities of a nicer hotel. Attention paid to small details. They were washing the windows just prior to our arrival.

We stayed for 2 nights for a clam dig and the manager lent us a clam gun and buckets for our kids. The condo itself was beautiful and had all the amenities that we needed for cooking. There were extra blankets, towels and sheets too. The view was fabulous; we relaxed with a puzzle and rented some DVDs from the management office.

The weather wasn't the best but the condo was the best place to "hang out" to storm watch. We brought along our twin grandchildren and the place was big enough for all of us. Perfect.

Westport is a special place for my family and Westport by the Sea is a big part of that. Unit 936 in particular is wonderful and has many great memories for my family. My daughter loves the bunk beds! I always attempt to book 936 for our near-annual visits to Westport.

5 stars from the kids on the property grounds and yes, we would recommend this property to a friend. We are coming back with family in June!

Outstanding facility and staff! The pool was warm and wonderful for the kids and the jacuzzi great for the adults. Great location for walking, biking, kite flying,and collecting sea shells on the beach. Awoke each morning to an amazing view and soft sea breezes. The kids loved seeing the sea lions on pier 11. I highly recommend your next vacation at Westport by the Sea in Westport, WA!!!!

We were delighted with the quality of the accommodation, it was quiet, beautifully appointed, very spacious and very clean - everything you need and want for a relaxing break. The condo has a great view of the sea and in my opinion perfectly located to enjoy the best of what the coast has to offer. I would have no hestitation reccommending this great place!
