Bailey's Surf Shack was just a wonderful family vacation. Everything we could ask for!

Bailey's is one of the nicest condos in the complex: views, decor, quality of furnishing, dishes and cookware. We hope to rent it for a 3rd time.

This condo was perfect for my friend and I. It was clean, comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the view was perfect. We will definitely return. The rental agency was also very nice, our condo was available for early check in with no fee and it was much appreciated.

Had another wonderful and quiet trip to Westport in our favorite condo rental. There are some signs of wear in the unit this trip, but nothing we couldn't adjust to. Nothing beats the ocean view from the massage chair. :)

The weather was perfect, the view and access to the beach were ideal!

We are from Germany and stayed here for 3 nights. The condo was wonderful and the view amazing. Our 3 daughters flew their Easter kites on the beach. We’ll tell our friends from Germany to come here.

Great location, great view of the ocean. Pleasantly surprised at the selection of spices provided which I wasn't expecting. Condo is clean, well maintained but it's time to update the master bed. We plan on returning - thank you for allowing us to stay!

Came her to observe the King Tide and storm this January and this condo offered the perfect viewpoint! Great view and location in the complex and property was very clean and well appointed - everything you need!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean with everything we needed. I loved that it was so close to the walking trail and beach access.

We had yet another fabulous stay at Vacation by the Sea, and this unit was spectacular. We spent so much time in front of the living room window - you can't ask for a better view. The condo had everything we needed for a very comfortable four day stay. Our pup loves it there, and she always sulks when we have to leave :)

Exceptional view, steps to the beach, very nice condo. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool, the easy beach access. The kitchen had a good supply of cooking pots and pans, spices, etc, though only 4 forks so we had to wash between meals. There wasn’t any cook top cleaner or a scrubby so I couldn’t clean the stove. We were looking forward to the massage chair but it didn’t work - and was stuck in a very uncomfortable position so unusable. We will stay here again.

Four days of near perfect weather along with plenty of walking space on the beach. This was our 3rd time staying in 821. It is a very comfortable unit and has everything you need. Our dog loves the view and so do we!

Our family gathered for 6 days to celebrate birthdays and retirements. Ages 5 to 75. We flew two string kites, enjoyed gorgeous sunsets and made a wonderful surf and turf dinner for 15 to celebrate my sister's retirement. I particularly loved the table an chairs on the deck.

It was a very pleasant stay. The unit was well stocked and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The checkout process was easy. I have no complaints.

we just had 3 wonderful nights in this condo! It was very hard to leave. The condo is so well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen, as well as games, DVDS, books and more!! The beds were very comfortable which is a must have for us. The beautiful art work was such a nice surprise. Kudo's to housekeeping who did an amazing job cleaning. Very impressed with this unit and Vacations by the Sea!

We were blown away when we walked in the door. The ocean seemed to be in the living room. So appreciate the care and the possibility for our family to rent this beautiful apartment. Furniture was tasteful and inviting. The massage chair was a big hit for sore clam digging muscles. The apartment was very well appointed in furnishings and in kitchen items. The condo was immaculately clean and supplies were plentiful. The washer dryer was appreciated. We just felt very welcomed and taken care of. Thank you.

Our Covid delayed family get together weekend was finally done. This unit became central gathering point for games and talk

We enjoyed a two night stay at Bailey's Surf Shack and had a great overall stay.

Pros: the incredible view of the water from the entire living room area, immaculately clean, plenty of space, comfortable couch and dining room furniture, allows pets, kitchen very well stocked with necessities and spices, massage chair in living room :-)

Cons: noisy upstairs neighbors (recognizing that is out of anyone else's control), uncomfortable and noisy main bedroom bed (just sitting on it or rolling over was enough to wake up the other person)

I've stayed in this unit multiple times over the years. It is definitely a favorite: best view, best comfort, well stocked. I highly recommend it!!!

Once again, Vacations by the Sea did not disappoint! We booked 821 because the unit we typically rent was in use. We found this to be a very comfortable condo that is extremely well appointed in every aspect. The kitchen supplies were above & beyond our expectations. We are especially grateful for another outstanding "Pet Friendly" unit that is oceanfront. Despite on-going construction, our visit was not affected and the management was more than accommodating with our comfort & enjoyment in mind.

My wife and I (and our Corgi) had a wonderful experience. The condo was right by the beach, and it was spotless. The elevator was right next to our front door. If I could have asked fo one more thing, I would have asked that the picture window to have been cleaned. But that’s picky. I have no complaints—everything was as advertised. This was our fifth or sixth time staying at one of these condos at Westport. And I’m sure we’ll be back.

We’ve stayed in this unit several times and always enjoy it. The unit is well appointed with everything you could need or want and the view is exceptional. I will say this will be our last time staying in this specific unit but it’s for reasons about us and our needs and should not be understood as a negative by anyone else as this really is a fantastic unit.

Our family had an awesome retreat filled with relaxation and fun on the beach. The condo accommodations were very nice and provided an excellent opportunity for our four families from various parts of the state to interact and celebrate being all together again!

Finally a room with a view and everything plus more!

Beautiful views, simply breath taking. Condo well furnished, very modern. Massage chair was an added bonus. Beds were relatively comfortable. Master bedroom bed slightly on softer side. All the utensils and cookware u could ask for. Need more coffee mugs though! Appliances were so ultra modern. Beautiful stay, will definitely come back again. Parking in building 8?was challenging. Sometimes u had to park at a distance from the unit.

The property is just as described and we loved it. Right on the beach the views are amazing. Also a long walk to Westport which is a great little town with restaurants. We will do it again for sure.

As always, unit 821 was an excellent place to stay. We've been staying there over the New Year holiday for years.

The place is clean, the view is excellent, and the massage chair is a nice touch.

We love that the unit is dog friendly. We prop up our dog's bed next to the window. He sits and watches the waves for hours.

There's nothing like the joy of smelling a New Year's Day pot of black eyed peas on the stove while watching the ocean.

We were back again for a very nice stay in this condo during snowy days on the Washington coast. It is a very comfortable place and if you plan on cooking, you'll find everything you need in the kitchen.

Could not beat the view and beach accessibility! Home was well appointed and had most of what was needed in the kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, we had a great stay. The location, literally within about 100 ft from beach access was amazing. This also was the terminus of the paved walkway in the dunes above the beach. Opening the windows or balcony door brought the rhythmic sound of waves breaking on the sand to one's ears. The kitchen was well appointed (we cooked all of our own meals). I would recommend bringing a non-abrasive scrubby to help clean in the kitchen (e.g. blue scotch bright). The massage chair was a great addition. The living room furniture laid back a little too far for the two of us with bad backs. The furniture made it difficult to read a hand held book, so I ended up using the dining room table to read.The master bed was soft but quite comfortable. The place was immaculate when we arrived. Check in was smooth. The dog area was quite a hike from the building, and there was something (a plant or something) that was sharp and caused our dog to limp a few steps so we quickly learned to use the beach and carry a bag with us when she had to go.
Because of COVID we pretty much kept to ourselves. Even so, Westport is a sleepy little town that is great to get away from the activity of daily life for a few days.

Nice place! We enjoyed this unit as much as unit 724, the only other one we have stayed in. This was a family vacation and we rented 2 pet friendly units because we have 3 daughters that have 3 dogs. Nice for all.

Super clean! I have allergies and would of never known animals had been there if I didn’t pick this dog friendly condo. Building 8 is the best and room 821 is the best. Close to the trail and best view. Massage chair is a plus.. big hit after a long day. ...kids loved it! Will definitely stay here again.

We had a perfect stay at this lovely condo. We met up with many members of our extended family who stayed at other condos at this property, and we have no complaints at all. The kitchen had everything we wanted, the location was a dream, the beds were comfortable, what more can you ask for?

Though our fishing trip with Westport Charters and Hula Girl had to be cancelled due to weather, we truly enjoyed our 4 days in the condo. We will be back...

The condo is well appointed and immaculate. Everything you need for a hassle free stay on the beach. The ocean view and sounds had us relaxed within a few hours of arrival.

What a thrill it was to find this gem of a home to stay in while visiting the beach. We felt like we were visiting special friends.... coming into a home that someone loves so much they want others to have the same fun and joy and relaxation. VERY clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture to relax on (especially love the massage chair) huge jetted soaking tub, GREAT VIEW, warm throws for sitting outside. All the extra goodies to make staying here a real vacation and treat. Added plus to be able to bring my dog and as a responsible dog owner my pet was bathed, nails trimmed, and all her own bedding and towels so that pets will be welcomed back. When we had issues with a light switch not working the quick response to get it fixed was impressive along with their follow up. Easy access to the beach, quick trip into town, all and all beyond wonderful. I loved it here so much I booked a return trip a month later!

We had a great time as always. We love walking the beach and our dogs love running around on the beach and chasing the seagulls and birds. The unit had everything we needed plus some! Sitting in the massage chair and watching the kites and people on the beach was soooo relaxing. Will do again as soon as we can afford it. Our car broke down on the highway on our way there and we had to rent a car and leave ours to be repaired. The beach relieved all the stress from that!!! Other than the expense we incured, we had a great time.

This vacation rental was more than I could of ever imagined. It was beautiful and perfectly maintained. Would definitely return to visit.

This was the most updated condo of the 7 I rented. Spectacular view with beautiful appliances and beautifully decorated.

Love this rental. I have been coming to your property for 16 years. The view is amazing and my dogs just love the beach. It was disappointing that there were very loud neighbors but that is nothing you can control.

Have been coming down for many years, and 821 is one of the best units we have stayed in. It was nicely furnished, although, I did not find the massage chair comfortable. The unit was amazingly well stocked with one exception. Even though it had both red and white wine glasses, there was no wine opener. I did buy one and left in the unit.

The view was amazing, its beachfront view. It was well maintain and beautiful. I would stay here again. Everyone was nice and great. Im telling every about these amazing condos and you guys slow half down and then to make payments. We came during Pirates Weekend, which is amazing and fun. Lots of vendors and activities happening down on the docks.. Thank you again!!!
