724 Vacations by the Sea

The condo was perfect from the location to the amenities to the cleanliness. We brought several things with us that we did not need as they were already provided. The view cannot be beat! We will make this condo part of our annual trip to Westport!

This is an annual girls weekend to walk the beach and relax before the holidays kick in. So worth it!

Renal 724 is a perfect place to stay because of the following:
*It is very clean, well appointed, great kitchen for cooking and snacking, comfortable beds, soft and fluffy bath towels, great selections on the large screen TV, game table plus dining table and stools at the kitchen bar.
*A view of the ocean that is fabulous from the living room and the lanai. The lanai is a great area to watch the sunset or enjoy your morning cup.
Leave the door to the lanai open and the ocean sound fills the room.
*The location is perfect especially if you bring your dog(s). There is plenty of choices for airing your pet and walking. The state park which is next to the condos is fantastic for walking or riding your bike. Access to the beach is very convenient and walking on the beach is the best way to relax.
*A grocery store is close along with other choices for eating out.
*A plus for me was the elevator at the condo so my old dog didn't have to attempt the stairs. The outside area is so well lit that I felt very safe taking the dog out at night. The grounds and area are well maintained. Parking is readily available and convenient.
*This was my second stay and will not be my last.
*Lastly but very important is the professionalism of the property management company. They are wonderful about staying in touch, emailing condo information, and stating policies that are very accommodating.
My family and I will be back with our old pup!

We have stayed in this unit several times and each time it is spotless and welcoming. The minute you walk in,the ocean is right in front of you and the view amazing! Perfect place for a relaxing, stress-free time at the beach and our dog loves it too! The reserved load and off-load parking spots in front of the building are helpful.

this is hands down our favorite unit. there was nothing we didnt like about the space, the beds were so comfortable, the view was incredible, the whole unit was super clean- we will be back!

We enjoy this unit enough that this is our 3rd time and already planning for #4

Good space, comfortable

You walk in, and there is a beautiful window framing a fabulous beach view. The kitchen was stocked with all cooking needs. ( One suggestion is to provide more coffee filters as only two per day.)
We loved that the whole place is oriented to the view.

We just spent an amazing weekend at Condo 724. It met all of our expectations and more. From the directions and info sent by the rental company, the easy access to the beach, walking paths (State Park), parking, features of the condo (plenty of room, very clean, kitchen well stocked for cooking, the bathrooms had wonderful fluffy white towels and the lanai was delightful to sit out in with coffee or wine and watch the tides go in and out). Our visit included the lights from the fishing boats out crabbing. Close to Westport proper and the docks with great fish and chips and cute shops. We have booked it for two different visits this fall, 2023. Also, we have a little dog and the elevator was great for taking him out. Everyone was so friendly too. A "must stay" location and condo. Thank you for the wonderful visit.

Overall experience was amazing! The view from the front window and deck was breathtaking. Loved that I could cook and still enjoy the ocean view. The condo was very clean and accommodating. Only recommendation would be to get fans for the rooms as it was very humid and hot even with windows open at night, and ask staff to clean the waffle maker as it was pretty dirty. But we are waiting for calendar to open to book our next trip next year! Love this condo!

We LOVE Vacations by the Sea and have had our family reunion there 3 years in a row now. It is the full package for families, offering so many activities for both young and old.

This unit is still our absolute favorite! It’s very well stocked, super comfortable furniture - and of course the view! It’s impossible not to spend most of your time either on the deck or in front of the window sipping a cocktail :) We were there for the 4th and it was wonderfully quiet. We’ll be back!!

We really enjoyed our time at Westport by the Sea. Condo was perfect with a great view; exceptional amenities; friendly people; easy process. We will definitely return. Just wish we had more time :)

Love this location and this was my second visit. Will definitely be returning. Comfortable and the view was gorgeous just to sit and look at the waves was so relaxing.

All the furniture was very comfortable for vacation lounging. The condo was clean and everything in working condition. Nothing was amiss. The location was even more spectacular than the photos promised. We absolutely loved staying there and can't wait to come back!

Had a wonderful 4-day stay in unit 724. View and closeness to the beach unapparelled! Everything in the unit worked perfectly. Wishlist; fan(s) for the space, and a clock in the main area. Other than that, couldn't ask for better!

Our family has stayed in various units on this property for the past decade. The condition of the units has always been excellent, with only a minor maintenance issue or two over the years. Each issue was corrected immediately by the maintenance staff.

This is one of our new favorites. The beds are super comfy, the carpet and couches are clearly new, and the location is as close to the water you can get. The listing should be updated, since the owners have replaced the couches - we almost didn’t book this condo simply because the furniture in the listing looked so outdated and uncomfortable. We also wish we would have known that one of them pulls out into a bed...something we discovered as we were packing up, and would have loved to use. The only real complaint is that there was no hand soap stocked anywhere, and the office was closed when we realized it, so had to run to the store to buy some. :( All in all, we had a great stay and would absolutely book this condo again.

We absolutely loved 724. We have rented several different units, and I think this is our new favorite! The view was incredible, it was very clean, and the kitchen was one of the best stocked so far. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the furniture in the living room was very new. We will definitely try to rent this unit again in the future!

The best place to stay in Westport. Beautiful oceanfront view.

My wife and I have stayed in unit 724 many times both with and without our dog. The unit is always clean. We enjoy our front row view of the ever changing Pacific ocean.

Another year with Vacations by the sea. After a postponement we were able to make it happen. Misty and the crew at Vacations by the Sea were incredibly accommodating and gave us piece of mind in a time where that is tough to find! This is the #1 place to go at the beach. thanks for making another birthday very special for my dad. Here's to 94!

We had a very good time at Vacations by the Sea for a family reunion. The views from our condo were spectacular. The kitchen could have been stocked more efficiently but over all, it was a great condo to stay in. We will be back!

Our place was deeply cleaned, had an ocean view, fully stocked kitchen, newer construction than our own house with staff just a phone call away to help replace a defective toaster. Common area was great for meeting with friends at a distance and five day reservation was a good excuse to stay longer than our other stays here.

Really enjoyed our stay in Westport. The community was very safety conscience about COVID which was impressive. Wonderful view of the ocean, access to the beach is amazing, our children were so happy!

It’s all about the view and proximity to the beach!!! The essence of a beach vacation. We would spend most of the day on the beach, only returning to prepare meals. The kitchen has everything you need! A glass of chilled rosè at sunset is a must! The furniture and decor are a bit worn out but clean and usable.

Another great weekend in Westport. We loved the condo. Location can't be beat, right on the beach. And the complex is spotless. Will be returning in October!

And the kitchen! It's so large that the cook might feel adventurous, especially with a waffle maker nearby! And the soft, comfortable beds (in both rooms) are perfect when you need some rest. Ironically, you are so close to the ocean, you don't even have to go down to the beach to enjoy it (hint: that way you don't get sandy). Some days we just "dazed" at the ocean. We also appreciated the attention from VBS--whenever we called with ANY issue, they were kind and quick to respond. Most amazing view and so close to the beach. Beds were comfortable and unit was decorated nicely. Walked the beach all the way to Main Street in Westport. Walked the cemented path through the dunes back to condo. Pet friendly, family friendly area.

We got the best of everything at VBS 724. The unit was beautiful and as close to the beach as you could possibly get! 724 had plenty of space for family and family to enjoy the weekend and absolutely gorgeous oceanfront views . The set that is in the unit has been there a very long time. They are very worn down and not all that comfortable. Time to upgrade.

We had a great stay and enjoyed our ocean front view. We give this stay a rating of 5. The general condition was a 5. Very clean and comfortable. The location was a 5 as we were visiting for our granddaughter’s graduation and had plenty of room to celebrate her big day with family and friends. As I said before the cleanliness was top notch. The management was very helpful when we needed to add extra days to our rental contract. They earned a 5 there as well. The only thing we didn’t like was several cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom were locked so we didn’t have access to all the storage we needed. We have used VBS before and will continue to do so in the future.

We had a wonderful time with friends on our annual razor clam weekend. The weather was beautiful (sunny) and everyone got their limit. Our unit was the most popular because of the nice furnishings and proximity to the beach/view. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your vacation rental.

Also it didn't seem that it was as well stocked with kitchen extras like foil, plastic wrap etc. but these items may have been left behind by prior guests. Also light bulb burned out in master overhead light and in prior visits there were extra bulbs. But over all the unit was great.

Had a wonderful time watching the weather from the living room of this beautiful home. I was a bit worried that it was a pet friendly unit, but it was clean, smelled like new and was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix our own meals. The beds were very comfortable. Easy to get to the beach and walk a long way! Thank you!

Everything was so wonderful! The condo was warm and inviting when we arrived - soft music was even playing! We got to experience both sunshine and a violent storm so that was fun too!

Some updates should be done on property. And dog dander caused some allergy issues from comforter

It was a wonderful week. I love the view and all the amenities. We played the games provided, watched TV at night, and enjoyed the view during the day. We all want to come back!

Excellent choice for your next get away. The unit is impeccably clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The entire complex is very nice. We are seniors, myself in a wheel chair, so we appreciate the wider walkways and elevator. I brought my shower chair and was able to bathe without too much of an issue. Westport is cute but don't expect fine dining. Management was also very helpful when we needed to change our reservation. Do not hesitate to book this property.

We were fortunate to have great weather and you can't beat the view of the ocean. Lots of great walks and fun.

Facebook feed came up Wednesday for a weekend for only $99.00 per night... I looked at my husband and said I am going. He said okay I grabbed the dog and my daughter and headed to Westport! Sunny and 50 degrees and a condo that allowed us to have all of our meals and snuggle time watching the ocean with a cup of coffee. Many rocks and sand dollars picked up before we remembered to grab a bag next time as we giggled all the way back to the condo. We had everything we needed and more. Thank you for opening your condo for all of us to stay!!! We will be back. Michelle Wiser

Wonderful time at Westport by the Sea again this year. Accommodations fit multiple families with plenty of space, things to do, and gathering places. Weather was fair this year, but still got some beach time.

We rented this condo for our family of 5- 2 parents, and 3 kids (ages 10 and under). It was great!! The view is spectacular and beach access is easy. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. We used the community pool and hot tub a few times. And walked/road bikes along the paved path through Westport Light State Park. My kids were disappointed to leave after our quick 3-day weekend to the beach.
