713 Birdies Beach Nest - Steps away from the Ocean!

Beautiful rental with a great view that is close to the water. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had everything that was needed, and it was quiet. Highly recommend this unit.

We were very pleased with room 713. It was well-equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. The view from the living room was amazing. Note that you can only see two ocean when you are standing up. Once you sit down the dunes block the water view. It smelled lovely due to reed diffusers throughout and I loved how it was decorated. We will be back!

We love staying with Vacations by the Sea. The condo was very nice and comfortable, building 7 is great. It's just steps to the trail down to the beach. It's a Perfect place for a relaxing, stress-free time at the beach and our dog loves it to.

We have stayed in several different unit here and like this the best of all. We had snow on the beach the first afternoon, sunny enough to go for a walk on day two.

The unit was exactly as described and pictured. It was extremely clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Great place and nice being on the bottom floor with a patio and easy to load in and out. Place could use a couple of changes but they are minor. Outside chairs are cheap plastic chairs compared to other units and no cutting boards were in the kitchen. Pretty well stocked but would suggest if you like cooking to bring your own knives.

The unit was all we expected and more. This particular unit has the best ocean view of any of the several units we have seen. Several windows looked directly at the breakers with only one window allowing neighbors to view into the unit.

This was our first time staying in this unit and we Loved it! With the Ocean right out the living room window, watching the ships go by, the sunsets and the tastefully decorated interior what more could you ask for!

Great unit. Comfy furniture and all the amenities.

We had never been to Westport. Not a lot to do, but it was a great getaway. This residence is lovely. Everything you need. Right on the water/beach.

We were very happy with our stay. Great location next to the state park, light house, and bike trail. There were a couple of minor inconveniences (fireplace didn't work and the patio was inaccessible due to potential danger), but overall we had a great time and will definitely stay with Vacations by the Sea again.

We stayed 2 nights an had an amazing vacation. Will be back again next year. We loved to be able to go swimming and the hot tub. Went on beach walks right from the beach acces and could see the beautiful waves all day and night. The condo was clean an had everything and more than you needed.

We highly recommend Unit 713. When you go to the ocean, it is nice to the spectacular view and ease of walking to the ocean. Everything you need is here!

Westport is a great little town. Saw cranberry fields and museum, toured lighthouse. The Lighthouse Bistro had great clam chowder and fish and chips. Really cute inside or eat out on patio.

We are leaving today and don’t want to go. I am sitting in the big, cozy chair looking out at the ocean and sipping my tea. 713 is a wonderful and classy space with all the comforts that are needed. Thank you for a wonderful break after a family wedding and trying to sell a home. We needed this escape and 713 was the perfect choice. The sound of the nearby ocean is so restful and healing.

Beautiful one bedroom pet friendly unit. well appointed with everything one need for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the ceiling fan in the bedroom had an clicking sound when operating. otherwise, a nice stay.

We had a wonderful time, Place was clean, Beach was great, Cant wait to get back.
