This comfortable, well appointed condo is great for families looking for a little extra space. Facing west, the large picture window brings in abundant natural light and amazing ocean sunsets. Settle into the ample living room seating for a movie on the flat-screen TV or enjoy a night with family playing games on the large dining table. The open floor plan allows for everyone to be doing their own thing while still being together.
The fully furnished kitchen has all modern appliances and comes with all the cookware and utensils you'll need to make a perfect meal after a long day exploring the beach. Raised barstool seating is available at the granite countertop facing the kitchen as well as a 4 top dining room table. Washer/Dryer is available in condo. This condo also offers a walk in shower in the master bathroom.
In addition to all the comforts of home in your beach vacation condo, your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a large hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach!

This place is the best! We LOVED the window seat, the decor, the location and the incredible view. The layout of the unit was fabulous, the elevator was essential, and the customer service was fabulous. The only issue we had was our coffee maker did not work on our first morning, but there was a coffee shop close by so we were able to get our morning coffee, and the property manager had another coffee maker in our unit by 8:30 am which was great, and they even gave us a gift card for the coffee shop we had to use to get our morning coffee.....Overall, we cannot wait to rent this unit again next year....Thanks for the great experience!
