134 - A View from the Top

We’ve stayed at this condo several times, and love the location - top floor is always great and we like that this building is further away from the rest with nothing but open field on one side of the unit. The beach is super close but we were incredibly disappointed that the beach access was closed off. We understand protecting the dunes but it seems a small section opening at the very end for people in this building wouldn’t hurt. I have a disability so the extra long walk to get to the beach access at the other end of the property was a challenge. We also saw a poor old lady having to walk through the field with her cane to get to the beach - felt so bad for her!
The condo itself was nice and clean but seemed to lack furniture. A little table next to the chairs in the living room would be nice - we had to hold our coffee mugs instead. The primary room had one lamp which was kind of weird. And some of the kitchen supplies were sparse - just 4 regular sized spoons and four coffee filters - it’s like they’ve rationed us! All in all a great condo, but we will probably stick to the other side of the property in the future because of the beach access.

One never knows what the weather will be along the coast. That is why #134 was perfect. Nice out sit on the deck, misty, cool or even rainy sit inside and just enjoy the view. Calming and relaxing is this unit and more. Plenty of kitchen-ware, comfy beds, clean. 3 wishes but not deal breakers by any means - wish this building had an elevator but we survived! Wish there was an empty cupboard to put our dry food goods in. Wish there was beach access by building 1 and not only between buildings 8/9. Would book this unit or others by this rental company in a heartbeat. We've rented before with them and we are never disappointed. It's perfect for 4 adults with plenty of room to not feel crowded.

One minor negative that is totally on me - this building does not have an elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. Not sure how that got past me, but we had a lovely stay! Thank you for the comfortable place.

I've stayed in this condo many times. We couldn't have picked a better weekend, the weather was awesome and not a lot of people yet.

The rental was just perfect for us. The decor was light, bright and beachy- but not in the tacky way that some beach houses are decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything we would need to cook. The view was amazing! We loved how close the unit was to the water. It was a bummer that the clubhouse was closed every time we tried to visit it but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. The staff at the booking office were so great. They went above and beyond to fix a situation with my sister's unit and even left her a bouquet of flowers since they knew that she had just lost her cat :( Super thoughtful and unexpected. This is our 2nd stay with Vacations by the Sea and we'll definitely be back.

Unit was clean, well stocked and had an amazing view. The unit is right on the beach and we enjoyed watching the storm roll in. The only bummer is there are no elevators. Unit sits on third floor. It would be nice to add another couch or loveseat. The small chairs were hard to get out of.

We had a wonderful time walking on the beach and waking up to ocean views. The property was well-maintained and clean with a nicely stocked kitchen. Our dogs loved it too!

We had a great stay in unit 134. I was glad for the great view. It seemed extremely clean, was spacious and comfortable, and overall provided for a great weekend away.

We were very impressed with this condo! It was clean and neat as a pin. 5-stars to the cleaning crew! The kitchen was stocked with every conceivable gadget and pots/pans you will ever need.... and not second hand junk either. Very nice stuff. Well stocked with spices and goodies too. The 2 beds were heavenly. We slept like babies. The third-floor ocean front deck and ocean sounds/breezes were wonderful. This unit is a 3rd-floor walk-up (no elevator), so beware. Some of the other buildings in the complex have elevators, so check if you need one. The entire complex and grounds were immaculate and so convenient to the walking path north to the lighthouse state park. Definitely will stay again in this unit. It's a gem!

My family and I travelled to Westport, WA for a long weekend stay at the beach--4 days. We had a wonderful stay in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium managed by Vacations by the SEA.

We had an amazing stay at Westport by the Sea condo #134.The ocean views were behind breathtaking. I don’t think our visit could have been any better. It help that the weather cooperated too. We will definitely be playing a future trip to The Westport by the Sea condos

On a side note - the mattress was perfect for my aching lower back. I awoke each morning without any discomfort. I would like information on the Master Bedroom mattress if can share that with me? Thanks so much!

The TV remote control might be a little old was not able to connect to free movies but that’s OK we enjoyed everything. I will be back soon thank you again. We like this condo association because all units have ocean views and it is very quiet.

We had a great time visiting and staying in this condo. We’ve stayed at a number of different condos in the complex and this one had the best view. It’s a little bit far to walk to get to the beach (we had dogs and a toddler) but besides that it was a perfect weekend!

We enjoyed the beautiful two bedroom condo. Lots of open space and plenty of storage closets to keep things organized. The weather was typical beach type in the mid 60's but sunny most of the time which always makes the visit more fun. We especially liked the view from our unit on the third floor. Access to the beach is an easy walk and the beach in this area has a lot of character with sand bars, breakers, and surfers. Plus you can walk either on the beach or on the paved park trail all the way down to the jetty which we did every day. Management was quick to respond to a question and they have always been very pleasant to talk to.

I had stayed in a couple of units this past year but this was my favorite.The unit is fully stocked with cooking was very clean and homey. Great View!!! 5 Stars in my book!!

We have stayed in this unit (134) at least three times in recent years. It is a great location for views. It is quiet. It is comfortable, clean, and well stocked for bed and bath needs.

We had a great 4 day stay in this comfortable condo with a great ocean view during the December "King Tides"in Westport. Everything we needed for cooking and eating in during Covid was great. The condo was quiet and we enjoyed the fire place in the evenings after watching the big surf surge. Beach combing just a short walk to be beach filled several hours of our vacation. We will plan to come back and stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Furnishings are lovely and we were well provided for. Although, we were disappointed there was no elevator since we have health issues. Another issue was the mattress on the bed. Like I said lovely home, but mattress is very firm and we also needed step stools to climb onto it. We spent some restless nights.

The 3rd floor Unit 134 was exceptional in all ways from the wonderful ocean view to the amazing list of kitchen accessories. The apartment itself was beautiful. The unit has wonderful ocean front views. The place is very nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable. If I could recommend one thing it would be to change out the floor rug in the hall bath to one that does not slide so easily; I think it has a strong slip/fall hazard to it.

I've actually reviewed several of your requests. We rented several of the condos for a women's retreat and we are all very happy with the accommodations and the customer service provided to us by Misty Denny.

My brother and I both rented 2 bedroom units for my Dad's 92nd Birthday. This is his favorite spot because there is a paved path that he can take a walk on each day as going down to the sand isn't an option anymore.

All went well. Rental was very clean and had a charming decor and layout.

The condo is located on the top floor and has a beautiful view of the ocean. Sunrise and sunset were gorgeous. The condo itself was very comfortable and nicely decorated, we felt very much at home. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a gourmet meal if you were so inclined. Check in and check out are simple and easy. Would definitely stay again.

I loved staying in this unit! Very well equipped in the kitchen for preparing meals. Very cozy furnishings! The views are spectacular! The access to the beach during my stay was a bit of a walk due to dune preservation/restoration which was a bit inconvenient but totally understandable. Total relaxation.

We've stayed at several VBTS properties and have loved them all, but this one has to be right at the top of this list. It has a great room feel, so there is lots of room for everyone. There are extras in the kitchen so you can do all of your own cooking if you wish. The unit was very clean and the owners had amenities that made it feel like you were at home. We could have stayed here for weeks.

Another wonderful stay. On an impulse we decided to head down for the weekend. The only problem was that the weekend ended and we had to go back to work.

This was my 3rd time staying here, and even with some crazy weather, it was fun and relaxing. With the heavy clouds and bits of rain, we experienced some beautiful rainbows. Just a lovely time in this condo, has everything anyone could need.

We spent a month in Westport in this condo. Couldn't be any happier, the ocean was right outside our front window! This property is in immaculate condition, very clean and well maintained. Property manager was responsive to any and all requests - even though there were very few! No elevator, but what's the big deal with walking up two flights of stairs? I would recommend this unit to anyone, along with the property management firm. We really enjoyed our time there...

This our 5th stay at #134 and it never fails to impress. Perfectly decorated, comfortable, clean, and the most amazing view!

This condo has it all....view, clean, nice beds, good sheets, best equiped kitchen and a deck,too! It is nicely decorated and the fireplace was a very nice treat. Only bad part is no elevator to the 3rd floor. We will come back.

134 is a welcome home to an exquisite beach front paradise. All the amenities you need and then some. My 2 grandchildren and I experienced a vacation there we will carry in our hearts forever. Thank you Vacations By the Sea for the outstanding job you do providing luxury vacation homes!

We've now stayed at Vacations by the Sea four times, always very happy with the accommodations. But, vacation home 134 was exceptionally enjoyable. Tastefully decorated, well appointed, comfortable seating, dining, and viewing. Generously supplied book and entertainment libraries. Ample and complete upscale cooking and service pantries.

Very memorable, the condo was very welcoming and felt like our home away from home. Great ocean views and a very short walk to the beach. This trip we brought our son and his girlfriend (thei first time there) and they asked when we were coming back. If you love sunsets, looking for seashells, surf fishing, riding go carts then you need to visit West Port Beach.

Condon had a very good view of the ocean. We sleep well and enjoyed the view. We have been staying at Vacation by the Sea since they open at another friends Condon closer to the beach for years and recommend this Condo for it's location and view of the ocean.

What a perfect condo! Being on the top floor and on the corner, it was quiet and private. Plus, building 1 is a bit away from the other buildings, guaranteeing even more privacy. The decor is peaceful, comfortable, and immaculately clean. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly want. With two young kids (8 and 3 1/2), it was child-friendly. Only two weird glitches: 1. The TV system is pretty high tech. We never could figure out how to get Comcast to work (and I'm a tech savvy guy). Maybe a little sheet of directions would be helpful. Also, where in the work is the switch for the garbage disposal? It's plugged in, but we never found the switch to turn it on. Nevertheless, this was the perfect condo and we are already planning our next visit!
