111 - Oceanfront Ground Floor with Great View

The condo was very nice clean and well maintained

This is our 2nd time staying in this unit. Great for pets & appreciate the fenced dog area added close to the clubhouse. Highly recommend!

This is a pet friendly unit, well stocked for comfort. The mattress was one of the most comfortable I've ever experienced away from home.

Great unit with a beach view. It was perfect for our dog on the ground floor. The only change I would make is a queen bed in the second bedroom instead of two twin beds. Other than that this unit is perfect. It’s better for a family with young children. Our vacation group was two adult couples with one dog. We had a great time even sleeping on tiny beds. Fun game to play in the game cupboard. Anything you would need for cooking in the cupboards. Definitely recommend this condo..

Decided to spend a week in Westport at our favorite condos Vacation by the Sea. We have stayed in 111 now 2 years in a row and just love it. The location is a quiet corner with a view of the ocean! If you have a pet it is perfect. I highly recommend this condo, plus the staff at vacation by the sea is the best.

We've stayed at these condos in various units many times over the years and this was our favorite. We loved the corner unit and great view from the living room and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with quality wares, which we really appreciated! Can't wait to come back, this will be our go-to from now on. Thank you!

The customer service was great, they provided me with instructions on how to get to the Condo and access my Condo. The palce was great, everything you need for your stay.

It would be great if the HOA built some stairs down on this side, but that has nothing to do with this property. We had a lovely stay here.

Rental and payment were by email or by the website, so we did not interact with any staff per see. There were no problems at all with the unit.

Great for dogs, ground floor, beautiful view only partially obscured by the dune restoration. Because of the restoration, we accessed the beach by first walking through the property, then getting on the state park access.

My 3rd time to Westport, 2nd rental through Vacations by the Sea. Very satisfactory both times.

Great grocery store with surprises everywhere, terrific local pubs, short drive to Tokeland and a fabulous restaurant in the boutique hotel, terrific fish to eat and buy, if you do not fish. The beach is wonderfully walkable for miles; dogs are very welcome.

Strong surf allows for surfing and futile wave counting, a most excellent endeavor.

The weather is changeable, which makes it fun.

I have stayed many times in these condos and this one for 2 bedroom I love. This condo met all my needs quiet all I want to hear is the ocean and I could see the ocean from this ground floor unit. It is spacious and it is just right for a beach vacation

This condo is tucked away to the far end so it's not as convenient to get to beach/amminities but still just a short walk, has a nice view and was very comfortable. It actually has 2 couches, one being a hide-a-bed, so that was a great surprise since not in pictures. The 2nd bedroom has a bright flood light right above the window so that was a bummer but a minor inconvenience for our stay. We love staying at VBTS for our ocean trips!

Great place for an extended family vacation. Very comfortable accommodations.
Loved the proximity to the beach.

This is our 3rd or 4th stay at Vacations by the Sea in Westport. We normally stay in a different building and condo. This one was great in a different way. Not as outfitted for kids (very little in the way of games, beach gear, etc). But loved the pantry, king bed in the primary bedroom (so comfy) and the recliner. The beach view was beautiful and building quiet. Though the building location was a longer walk to the beach, I was surprised that I didn't mind it at all. We'll definitely be back next year and it will be hard to choose which unit to stay in.

Great! Place was clean upon arrival. Kitchen lacks enough bowls for food prep and serving, also Tupperware and full size kitchen knives. Unit needs full size blender.

We enjoyed our one-week stay at 111. The space was clean and reasonably well provisioned. We appreciated that it was dog friendly. It looks like it is one of the few first floor units that still has a view of the water. It's at the far south end of the complex, and feels private, though there is a neighboring house that is quite close beyond the fence. The grounds are well-maintained.

We love vacations by the sea, the friendly staff in the office, and the accommodations by the beach can’t be beat. Our family had a great time.

The condo was amazing the view spot on, clean the bed in the Master bedroom. PLEASE what is that is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I hopefully will rent this in the future for a quick get away..

We appreciated being on the ground floor so that we could have easy access to the outside for our dog.

I'd recommend that the homeowners put a blanket or two in the living room for use when looking out at the ocean as well as putting in a new thermostat in the main bedroom as the current one is incredibly hard to turn.
