1039 - Spacious Beach Condo, Top Floor, and Dog Friendly!

Was a little disappoint in this unit, it was not as well stocked as the others we have been in. Had to ask for ironing board. No instructions for how to work the tv. We are quilters and could not under stand how there could be an iron and no ironing board. We finally gave up trying to watch tv as no instructions. The one good thing large table for our sewing. Also did not inform us about construction until the week be for we could have gone to another unit if we had known sooner. We will not rent this unit again.

The unit was as described, and very clean. I would definitely recommend this unit. We had a lovely dinner at the sand dollar.

The rental was perfect as they always are. We were there for crabbing. Raining most of the weekend but we definitely didn’t let that stop us from having a blast.

With construction going on above the condo we reserved they let us move to a new one for our rescue dog that can't handle loud construction tools. Misty was great to work with.

Very clean. Very quiet. Can’t beat the ocean view. Love how close it is to the beach. We saw wildlife in the perimeter of the condo, which was cool. I’m not sure who loved our beach time more.. my son or my dog?! The only miss was not having a large cooking pot to steam clams in.

This unit was perfect for our family Thanksgiving. Plenty of space for everyone to eat, play games and just enjoy each other's company. highly recommend this unit.

We stayed in unit 1039 with our three kids and two dogs for a weekend of fishing and clamming. The location of the condo was ideal, just steps from the beach, quick drive or bike into town. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, they only thing I’d bring with me next time is a large skillet. The one on the condo was quite small. Even on a busy weekend, the unit was quiet as could be. We usually rent a house, but I would definitely stay here again.

Great views of the lighthouse, both day and night and some water view over the dunes. Although parking lot is across the road from the balcony, it was not noisy or intrusive. Overall, great condo!

we rented 3 units and were very pleased with all. The location was great with a short walk to the beach. Units were clean and in good repair and the amenities ( pool, hot tub, basketball court , golf were awesome

Our two-bedroom condo was exactly as described. It had a partial ocean view and an elevator. Everything was clean and in working order. About 3 hours after checking out, I discovered I left my phone in the room. The management office could NOT have been more helpful. They immediately texted housekeeping to come bail me out. The housekeeping supervisor showed up within 5 minutes to re-open the unit while I searched for (and found!) my phone. That kind of caring service is golden. PS. Pay attention to which buildings have elevators and which ones don't. If you are elderly or have coolers to tote and you also booked on the third floor, buildings 1-5 do not have elevators. We booked two different condos for a family reunion. One building did not have an elevator. For folks my age, hauling tons of stuff, no elevator is a deal breaker.

The condo is well-equipped -- it had everything we needed for a comfortable visit to Westport

Our family was pleasantly surprised how nice this unit by the beach was. Easily equivalent to a 4 star hotel but with tons more room. The club onsite has tons of extra things such as a gym, hot tub, putting green and outdoor swimming pool in summer. This is the best condo rental we have had in many, many years.

Very nice location and place! Loved 1039 unit and pool and other facilities! So close to the beach ...highly recommend!

Easy booking, great instructions, beautiful condo, overall a great way to spend New Year's ( or any other day)

We stayed in building 10. At first we were a bit disappointed with the partial view of the ocean otherwise it was a pleasant experience as has been in the past when we have stayed at these condos.

Dad doesn't get many opportunities to go deep-sea fishing so when one came up it was an automatic must-do! My sister and family have used VBTS and suggested a 2bd condo might be a better option for us than a couple of hotel/motel rooms. So glad we took her advice ... thank you for a lovely weekend get-away by the sea!

We loved everything about Vacations by the Sea. Our unit was very clean with everything we needed. We used the rooftop BBQ, enjoyed the Gym had a great walk on the nearby trail talked with the locals while beachcombing and went deep sea fishing in Westport.We also enjoyed Pizza at Blackbeards Brewery. We will for sure visit again.

Wonderful lodging, I stayed on the third floor in a spacious unit with partial views of the sea. The unit was very clean and stylishly furnished. Everything was impeccably clean and well maintained, I was more comfortable there then in my own home!

Our stay was less than 12 hours, but we made the best of our time. The condo unit was perfect for what we needed and wish we could have stayed another night. The ocean view from the balcony was wonderful and a quick walk to put our feet in the sand was just a stone's throw from the door.

Just a quick fishing trip for us.
