1031 Vacations by the Sea

Once again we had a wonderful stay in this unit. This is our second time booking this particular condo and we picked it again because our first stay was so great. Our second stay did not disappoint. We love how clean this condo is (the cleaning crew must be magic - my house will never look this good!) and the view of the ocean. I spend most of my time at the beach (which is just a short walk away) and my son loves the pool. The condo is on the top floor so its very quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

We could see the ocean, beach, waves, and sunset from the livingroom and balcony. Our daughter played the piano everyday and sang with her friend. It was relaxing
to walk the beach, chase the waves and swim at the pool and hot tub afterwards. The kids beds were uncomfortable.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was cozy and clean, with modern amenities. My favorite parts were the beautiful views of the ocean and the cute decor. My only note is that the piano is not really a working piano (it is out of tune and some of the keys don't really make sound at all). Thank you so much, I would love to book this place again for our next trip! :)

We had a wonderful time at Vacations by the Sea! The place is spacious, open, and has a great view of the ocean and adjacent state park forest. The piano provided entertainment for us and our kids, and we brought out-of-town family with us and they had a wonderful time! The location is close to town but feels much more secluded and connected to this beautiful stretch of beach. The unit is close to the beach access trail, the club house/pool, and other amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with what we needed to make a few meals. Brook and team were very responsive answering questions both before and during our trip.

We loved spending time in this condo, enjoying the grand piano and beautiful views of the waves.

The view of the beach/ocean is actually better than what you see from the displayed pictures. It is a corner unit so probably quieter than most. It's comfortable and clean. You also get two twin beds (instead of queen/king) which provides more flexibility for sleeping arrangement. We did wish the mattresses were more comfortable. The pull out mattress in the living room is especially hard to sleep on even when compared to other sofa beds; I ended up putting the cushions back on top and sleeping on the couch instead - I suppose you can still sleep 6 since there is also a loveseat but that will probably only fit a small child. Obviously a group of 4 or less should not find this to be an issue.

Another excellent stay this year. I do wish the property would install more bike racks but that was the only thing I felt missing. I had a great 8 days and wished it could of been longer.

When we arrived, the condo was absolutely immaculate! I don't think it would have been possible for it to have been any cleaner than it was. Everything was in perfect condition, especially the kitchen. The kitchen had all the basics and some nice extras, including a water kettle, which was much appreciated by my husband who drinks tea, and a nice bottle opener. Would have liked to have a muffin pan and a large mixing bowl but we were still able to easily cook all of our meals. The only downside is the wifi is terrible. It was too weak to use in the bedrooms and it was spotty in the living room. My friend rented a ground floor condo and used extenders without a problem so if we were going to return, we would stay on the ground floor instead since that seems to be where the wifi signal is broadcasted from. Loved the desk in the kids' room as my daughter used it for remote learning. We'd love to come back when the amenities are open because everything looked great although we didn't use any of them. Enjoyed our stay a lot!

Our family of 5 spent the weekend in 1031. The condo feels spacious, clutter free, and very comfortable. Although its not water front, building 10
has beautiful long distance views over the state park and ocean. Entrance to the beach is now through the state park, which is close! Also the 2 mile walking path to town right across Ocean Ave. The kitchen is well stocked for food prep amd serving. Gas grill and more beautiful views on the rooftop right above our condo. Super convenient!! This condo was the gathering spot for our 3 family vacation and felt plenty roomy for meals and chat. We would stay here again for a weekend, or longer, stay.

This was our first stay in this room, although we have stayed at Vacations by the Sea once or twice a year for 10 years.
The location is perfect, and the service is excellent.
We had grandchildren this trips so we needed a 2 bedroom, it also meant that the clubhouse and pool were used!
We Love the beach here and enjoy walking and even flying kites.

We rented this condo for a short family visit. It was clean, well stocked and very cozy.

The condo's at Westport are amazing. Just like a home away from home.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very quiet and I loved having a corner unit with an ocean view. The rooftop deck was just steps away as well. The unit was very nicely furnished with everything we needed, including in the kitchen. I will absolutely request to stay here again on my next trip to Westport.

Condo 1031 was perfect! It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view from inside the condo as well as out on the roomy deck was beautiful. We were even able to see the light from the Westport light house.

We always enjoy our stay, rain or shine. We brought our son, daughter-in-law and 3 grandchildren ages 2 to 8. They loved every minute especially the pool. The grownups enjoyed the beach and paved walk to town. We appreciate that the grounds are kept so nice and trimmed and clean. We have shared with many people about our experiences and have had some enjoy their time with you, as well. Adults talk in the hot tub about why we like to come-close to the beach, the pool and hot tub, other amenitities and it is clean. And, it appears they are repairing and replacing decking, siding as needed.

My family and I had a wonderful stay!!! Love the condo and all of the amenities! The outdoor pool was amazing,very clean and warm! The short walk to the beach made it easy to take a morning stroll and the sunsets were beautiful. We can't wait to come back! Love the little town of Westport!!!

These Condo's are the best place to visit for a beach get away. The beach is so close and there were a lot of games and things in the condo itself to keep the kids busy when they needed some down time. The pool and hot tub area was amazing and warm so the kids were able to enjoy swimming without freezing! If you're looking for a beach vacation Vacations by the Sea is the way to go!

We've stayed in the Vacations by the Sea condo units many times, and have always found them to be comfortable, having everything we need. Management is really easy to work with, and very responsive to any problems or requests. Definitely recommend to others!

I should not write this, as I don't want the secret to get out. We were pleasantly surprised at the comfortable, clean and well appointed amenities at Vacations by the Sea. Having been to the ocean as a kids with my folks time and time again, sometimes in some more of the "worn out" locations, this place a breath of fresh air. Now with my own young family the VBS is secluded, close the ocean, and great for families, and we hope to return year after year. A big thanks to VBS staff who helped us salvage our vacation during a family emergency and they made the transition easy and no hassle. That was really great.

We had a great stay in this beautiful corner unit. It is bigger than the previous 2 bedrooms. We enjoyed playing on the piano there. Having a few extra pots/pans would have been nice but it ended up being fine.

Every time I stay here I want to move in. The condos are very spacious well laid out and modern. They have a great feel to them with a nice open floor plan and the big picture windows and all that light coming in. Nice big bathrooms and bedrooms. I've only stayed in bldg 9 and 10 on the 3rd floor but the view is fantastic, I'd be afraid to stay anywhere else. I'm never quite sure from the advertising photos what the view will be out a particular condos window. Those two bldgs on that floor are worth getting though. The grounds are beautiful and meticulously kept. The condos are always clean. I used the weight room and pool this time and was happy with them both. I use a full weight room and this one was not modern but adequate. The pool was nice and the patio with grills to use is beautiful. The beach literally is steps from the condo. Lots of pleasant walking right outside the door. I will be staying again, can't wait!

Came down for some salmon fishing and stayed at a very nice, relaxing condo. Condo was clean, had everything we needed. Very quiet setting. Will definitely rereturn next season when we come fishing again.

Although we had a short stay, the accommodations and location was great. The condo is very clean, comfortable, and had great views of the ocean.

Fantastic condo!!! Spacious, great location and great view!!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was perfect! The staff helped us order Thanksgiving dinner from a local restaurant and put it in our fridge before we got there. The location is right on the beach, great views and you can hear the ocean. I would definitely go back!

Everything was just perfect! Super nice staff and friendly neighbors! The hot tub spa and heated pool was awesome after dipping in the ocean's chilly water. My entire family had nothing but a peaceful and enjoyable time here. Will definitely rent again. Thank you!

THis was my 2nd year in a row to visit from Texas! My stay in Westport is very relaxing which is very much needed from the hustle of city life!

this is our second time staying in this unit. We love how clean and nice the furniture is and especially love the extras: the scooter, basketball, puzzles (we did one while there)... and we like having the BBQ terrace directly above the unit, easy for grilling. we love staying here. the kids, my husband and I once again, did not want to leave!

Would do it again. Just wished we could use the club house facility for our group is the only thing I would add, since we were over 40 who stayed in the condos. We used 8 of the units.

We had a really nice stay. We usually stay in a different unit, but it was booked. This was a very nice unit, and we'll probably request it next time we come. Spacious, nice views. We'll be back!

This unit is on the top floor and has a good view looking north. It is steps to the roof-top patio. The management office contacted us promptly when we left behind some clothing, and we were able to return to get them before leaving town.

Thanksgiving at the beach is awesome. Kids were happy and wife got to relax with a book. Definitely potential for a family tradition.

The condo is lovely, with a great view of the ocean (not one of those crane-your-neck and you might be able to see something). It is gorgeous. If you're the type to cook, know that the condo has only the basic implements. Our frustration was that certain
basics, which used to be standard, seem to now be rationed. For example, for the coffee pot, there were two coffee filters for a four day stay. For the diswasher, we found three dishwasher tabs. It's not a big deal, but we ended up going to the market to pick
up things that used to come part of the rental (at least it did the last few times we stayed).

we loved it! 1031 is nice and private being a corner unit, and what was an added benefit was the roof deck immediately above our unit with a grill- very convenient. Our only complaint was that we did not stay long enough. We plan to return next year: the
kids, my husband and i truly had a wonderful time!!!!

This is a beautiful unit. We have stayed at these condominums 2x now and have been pleased with both units. This particular unit is spacious and feels like you are comfortably at home rather than giving up the amenities you usually have. Will stay here again next year.

Loved staying there, planning on staying again sometime soon!

We had so much fun staying here with our 2 small children and we had family stay a few rooms down. It was a great, clean, nice, spacious condo with all the amenities. We loved the pool and the close proximity to the beach. We were happy we brought all our food as there isn't many places to go eat. We did try to go to breakfast at the Fog Cutter cafe and we were treated very rudely and we left before they even finished taking our order. I would tell your guests not to go to that restaurant. I was surprised that we were pretty much turned away...maybe because we had children? We were prepared to pay a nice big bill and tip for all of us, it still leaves a bitter taste in my mouth as that was going to be our farewell breakfast. But overall, I loved your vacation rental and we are planning our next trip!
