Enjoy every minute of your stay at the beach in this well appointed premium vacation home. Just steps to the beach, this home combines comfortable coastal decor with Peak-a-boo views of the Pacific Ocean. The large fully furnished kitchen can handle multiple chefs and overlooks the living room letting you enjoy the company of friends and family. The spacious living room provides a wonder spot for reading or entertaining and game console is included to use. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king bed with premium bedding and adjoining private bathroom includes a large jetted soaking tub. Raise a window and let the soothing sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep at night.
In addition to all the comforts of home in your beach vacation condo, your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a large hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach!

We spent the holiday weekend in Unit 1023. The unit was clean and very well equipped. Everything we could’ve needed was supplied in the kitchen which was greatly appreciated. There was also a good selection of games and puzzles. The deck has a peek a boo view of the ocean. The buildings have some construction going on that is a little concerning.

We are glad to hear you enjoyed your weekend in the condo and at the beach. The shoring you referred to is temporary while routine maintenance of the walkways are completed. This is a precautionary measure. The HOA is diligently working to complete proactive maintenance on the buildings to ensure all buildings remain in the best shape possible.

We had a lovely time here! The condo was large and clean and had everything we needed. The property includes a pool and playground which were big hits with my kids. The rental company staff were extremely helpful when we had a small issue with the jetted tub. Highly recommend!

We had a great time, the unit was very nice and clean. We also loved watching the people on their way to the beach. The close access to the beach was another great thing about this vacation unit.

This condo is the perfect place if you want to get away and relax! Kitchen is well equipped to cook all your meals and bedrooms are spacious with comfy beds. Condo is located by walking path down to beach.

This condo was great. It was very large- Big enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We also had grandparents over for dinner and we still had lots of space. Nice and close to trail and beach, you can even see the ocean from the balcony. I only thing is I wish there were screens on the windows.

We've stayed in 1023 three times over the last few years. I love the layout of this condo better than any of the others we've stayed. The kitchen is huge and can accommodate 3 to 4 people without everyone getting in each others way which makes cooking meals ideal! When we walked in, there was soft music playing and everything was so clean and inviting. I absolutely love this unit.
Great views of the walking path and ocean. I love it when it storms and you can hear the ocean waves pounding the sand. So relaxing!!
We were impressed with the Vacations by the Sea management. Very friendly and courteous.
The only complaint we have is about the couch & love seat. Very uncomfortable. You sink and it is difficult to get up off of them. We took pillows and set them under us so we could sit more comfortably. Hence the 3 star rating on the furniture.
Great experience! Close to beach and a tennis court we used for pickleball. Westport is a great town for biking and we rode from the condo into the town/docks several times. We had a large group (35) and VBTS has a great place to BBQ and eat outdoors. Kids especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
