We're excited to share that select buildings on property are undergoing scheduled maintenance and enhancements during Summer 2025. These improvements are part of the ongoing efforts of the Home Owners Association to provide the best possible experience for owners and guests. We think this property is something very special and worth the effort to keep in great shape.
We've worked closely with the HOA, contractors, and managers to coordinate the planned construction schedules to avoid direct disruption. Many of our condos have been blocked off during periods where work may impact guest comfort. While you may notice construction crews on property during your stay, rest assured we are all doing everything we can to minimize noise and inconvenience.
