4th of July Fireworks Rules 2023
Fireworks are not allowed in the City of Westport, including on beaches in Westport.
The City of Westport and the South Beach Regional Fire Authority would like to remind all guests and residents of the current fireworks regulations. Please abide by these and our terms & conditions with respect to fires and fireworks during your beach stay.
Booming Bay fireworks show, presented by the City of Westport, will be at dusk on the 4th of July at the Westport Marina.
Safe and Sane Fireworks are allowed on the beach in Grayland, between West Bonge Avenue and Cranberry Beach Road, during these dates and times:
June 28, noon - 11pm
June 29- July 4, 9am - midnight
July 5, 9am - 11pm.
Firecrackers, skyrockets, salutes, chasers, and bottle rockets are NOT allowed.
Please pick up after any fireworks you set off!
