112 - Ground floor, easy access to beach! Hear the Ocean's roar

Excellent accommodations! We enjoyed the view and sound of the ocean. The unit provided us with everything we could possibly need.

From making the reservation to checkin to checkout and everything in between was wonderful. The unit is furnished and maintained perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed. Three tvs and a dvd player worked flawlessly. The location next to the huge state park and the beach access could not have been better. My wife and I enjoyed every minute of our three day visit. We look forward to our next visit. Repairs were being done at the complex but it was very carefully managed to avoid and inconvenience to guests and residents.

The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare our Thanksgiving dinner. Plenty of space for us all and our Corgi and amazing views of the ocean. The beach is just a short walk away and just 5 minutes to Westport. The beds were very comfortable and plenty of storage for everything we brought.

We really loved the condo we stayed in. It was clean and comfortable. The only issues we had were big disappointment seeing people had cut through the wire fencing off the dune right outside our condo, and trampling the dune to get directly to the ocean. I really think the condos need to provide more official access points to the beach especially for condos far from the current access point. Otherwise people will continue to damage the dunes by walking across them. I have video of people doing this if you would like me to send to you.

It was a perfect vacation.The property is very well equipped, cozy, comfortable and we appreciated it a lot.

The rental is very nicely located. Not sure what's going on with the access to the beach its fenced off so you have to walk to the very other end of the complex to get beach access. There is a parking area so if you can't walk that far you can drive and park. I hope they open it back up after they are fixing the front area because it would be very easy access. It was very comfortable and you still have a great view of the ocean and can hear it. There was a deer that roams right out the back. She had a little one on the other side of the fence that tagged along with her.
I will definitely be back to this condo. Thank you for our relaxing get away!

The recliners were nice to just sit back in and enjoy the view. My friends really enjoyed it and want to go back. We had the best week in our condo. It was the perfect environment for a peaceful stay. We had everything we needed and felt like we were in a luxurious and fully equip condo. Just perfect with the beach so close and long walks at our fingertips.

This is a cozy condo and more spacious than I thought it would be. When in the great room area and from the master, the beach views are spectacular. A short walk through the complex takes you to the beach and a paved trail to the state park. We had our 2 Labradors with us and both the condo and property are set up nicely for dogs. The space was clean and had extra amenities. The condos are about 4 blocks to the grocery store and 3 restaurants within that distance. We would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service and rapid response from property manager. Wonderfully comfortable, clean condo with many thoughtful extras traveling with 2 dogs and a toddler. We had such a great time we added an extra night.

Vacations by the Sea Unit 112 was the perfect setting for our very wet weekend adventure. It has a great view of the dunes and the ocean, and is just a short walk on the beach trail to get to the water. We loved being able to bring our puppy — she has an amazing time running on the beach and chasing the waves. The unit had everything you could possibly need for a fun get away — a well-appointed kitchen, a fireplace, a massage chair, a bath tub, rain coats, sand toys, a washer and dryer. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

This was my first time renting from Vacations By The Sea and, I was so pleased! The unit was immaculate, had everything needed to stay comfortably (pots, pans, dishes, coffeemaker, washer/dryer & etc). The ocean is just outside your door! I look forward to staying again!

Rental unit was spotless and in good condition. We had a great view of the dunes and water. Listening to the ocean waves at night was the right medicine for all. Kitchen was well stocked.

What a beautiful condo!! Very clean, comfortable and with all the amenities. Close enough to bike the marina, walk to the lighthouse! This truly is a perfect place!

A well equipped condo. Just perfect for our family get away while our son was in town from California. Everything went smoothly, no surprises.

We love the oceanfront view of unit 112, and come back regularly at least two times a year for the past five years. It’s perfect for our family and we get to bring the dog, too. Lots of fun time at the beach, and the condo is very comfortable. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at Vacations by the Sea many times over the years and this is the 2nd stay at Unit 112. It is spacious, comfortable, and we love being on the first floor to walk right out to the grass & dune trails. Kitchen is fully stocked and there's plenty of comfortable seating in the living room designed to maximize the view for everyone. We will return!

A great location if you have dogs.

Relaxing - and fun... good food nearby.... woman who "oversees" the pool could use this thought - Because customers have needs - she has a job!... but, I guess she just "has to know what is in my granddaughter's best interest - even though I am only a few feet away. Other than that - the rest of the staff was great!

We loved our condo! It was a beautiful view every morning and we would leave the door open to hear the ocean. The kitchen had everything I could ever want. I wish we could have flown our dog over with us because they had everything you could want for your dog. The amenities in the complex were perfect for our family! My kids went to the pool and beach every day! We used the grill by the pool a few times. We had several family members renting condos so we would gather there for dinner. The location was wonderful! We went to Blackbeard’s 3 times and enjoyed several other restaurants in the area. We happened to be there for the Pirate Festival which was a blast! This was the best vacation we’ve had in a long time! Wish we lived closer!

We and our Lab enjoyed yet another long weekend in #112. We have been coming to VBTS for years and 112 has become our favorite. The convenience of the ground floor condo, the view and the condo itself are fabulous. Thanks to the owners for sharing their home with us. We will be back as soon as we can!

The condo is well furnished with fully equipped kitchen. The only thing that would make 112 perfect would be a king sized bed in the Master.

Had a wonderful family vacay again here! These condos are a perfect location with an awesome bike trail to Westport.

It was great. I had rented a 3rd floor condo, not realizing there was no elevator in that building. I called the day before arriving when I realized it and they were able to place me in a ground floor unit. They were great. The condo was super clean and the beds comfortable.

Took at quick couple days thinking the weather would be stormy and wet. Had AMAZINGLY good weather, good beach and path walks. Stayed in Building 1 first floor - good for getting out with the dog. Little issue with the TV but otherwise - just perfect.

The condo we rented was perfect. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The kitchen is very well stocked with gadgets we hadnt even thought about using until we saw them. They also included the miscellaneous spices, oil, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, etc. that always comes in handy when you are away from home. They have a large TV that we enjoyed in the evening in the comfortably arranged living area. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. It has a view of the ocean with a path nearby. We recommend this condo to others looking for a nice clean and quiet getaway.

Westport is a great low key beach, fishing town that welcomes dogs! We loved our condo! It was the perfect loctaion for us.

This has been our 4th-5th time staying with Vacations by the Sea over the years. All have been in different condos and this dog friendly 2 bedroom 2 bath did not disappoint. The location is perfect for dogs and kids to run down to the ocean knowing they are not far away (plus easier now that kids are older and can do those activities by themselves). The rock painting craze that is taking over even made it to the ocean where our son found a painted sand dollar. We were able to enjoy the pool (as we typically come during off season to watch the storms ), which of course was our kid's favorite. The staff was very friendly, helpful and worked with us to find a condo that would work. Somehow finding this condo available during our last minute decision to have one final extended weekend away before school started. When we came home and unpacked and discovered a week later (as it takes that long to unpack sometimes) we discovered we left behind our fire stick in the bedroom. The staff was able to locate and send back to us when we thought there was no chance it would still be there. Thank you again to all the home owners that share their piece of heaven with us and our furry family member. Room 112 is one we can/will remember.

The condo was big and well stocked. One of the most thoughtful rentals we've stayed at. They thought of everything- from pool towels and coffee, to make-up removal wash clothes.Right on the ocean and the kids loved the pool! We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend!

We've been to Vacations by the Sea multiple times but this was our first time staying in 112. Absolutely fantastic view! Condo was well equipped with everything we needed for the weekend. We enjoyed the convenience of a first floor unit as did our 2 labs. We'd love to stay in this unit again! Will be looking to a return in the next few months!

We so enjoyed our recent stay. Beautiful condo, unbelievable location and view! The ocean is out the front door; heaven on earth. Could not have been better. Will look for opportunity to come back!

We had a wonderful weekend!! Celebrated my husband's birthday. The accommodations were fabulous. The view was incredible! We are our two dogs enjoyed the sunshine and beach. Thank you for the wonderful weekend!

very nice condo.Kids enjoyed pool when not on the crabbing because of red tide, but west coast charters made the trip worth wild. we had a great time fishing limiting out on rock fish and picking up a few ling.this was a nice clean facility
with the ocean right outside the door.we loved the experience of west port and look forward to another trip.

We came to relax and that's exactly what we did! Town is close if we wanted to dine out and grocery store even closer if we wanted to eat in! A short drive south and there's Tokeland and Grayland as well. The beach here is the best! Close and clean! I loved that there were no vehicles allowed on this particular section of beach. Again, we absolutely loved it and will definitely return! Staff was very friendly and accommodating as well!

We had such an amazing time. As always everything was clean, convenient, and with personal touch. The beach was lovely and I always appreciate a place I can take my dogs! Highly recommend these condos and Vacations by the Sea. Our condo owners made this space absolutely beautiful and it felt just like home, but better!

The place we stayed had incredible views. The condo was impeccably clean and comfy. The rental company was extremely friendly making this a memorable experience and one we hope to experience again! Thank you to all involved in making a great vacation!

A couple minor maintenance issues- the kitchen sink faucet has a leak at the faucet nozzle, and the heat vent in the master bathroom needs to be re-secured so it doesn't rattle when the heater is on.
